I offer standard shipping with delivery within 5-7 business days. If you need expedited shipping, please get in touch with me, and I'll do my best to accommodate your request. I'm also committed to ensuring your purchase arrives safely and securely. All books are carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping. If your package arrives in poor condition, please contact me immediately so I can make it right. Thank you for trusting me with your order!
Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 7-day exchange policy on books if you receive a damaged or incorrect book from what you ordered. Please inspect the order upon reception and contact us immediately at charlene_pierce@icloud.com. Please include a picture of the damaged package and book with the order number.
We cannot offer refunds on classes, workshops, or gift certificates.
